Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Used or worn spiritual bracelets
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products returned without original packaging

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with the following details:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Orders may be cancelled only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
